Do you restock out-of-stock items?


To receive a notification when an item becomes available again, you need to enter your email address on the item's page. Click on the "Notify me when available again" option and then enter your email address. If the item becomes available again, you will receive an automatic email notification. If you have an account with us, you can view the list of products for which you have entered your email address at any time, as well as manage your order and quickly place a new order if the item becomes available again.

Do you have a size guide?

Each item has its size guide listed on the product page, indicating how to measure glasses so you can choose the correct size, if there are several sizes available, or to ensure that the model will fit you well. If you haven't chosen the right model of glasses, you can return it without any problem as long as the item meets the conditions indicated in the returns policy.


Can I reserve a product?

To ensure the best shopping experience for all users, we do not currently offer the option to make reservations. In very specific cases, we do offer the "pre-order" option, but you will have to manage it as if it were a regular order; that is, to receive that product you will have to pay for it at the time of purchase and it will be shipped on the indicated date.
