No. Joining Club Vytria is completely free and does not require any purchase or commitment.
What happens if I’m not registered during an exclusive campaign?
You’ll still be able to browse and shop as usual, but you’ll see the standard prices. Member prices are only visible when you’re signed in.
How long does each exclusive campaign last?
It depends on the campaign. Some last 90 minutes, while others run for several days. We’ll let you know the exact date and duration by email.
Do the discounts apply to all products?
It depends on the campaign. Some promotions may apply to a wide range of products, while others may be limited to a specially selected range of products or brands. We’ll always clearly indicate which products are included in each campaign.
When will you let me know about upcoming campaigns?
We’ll send you an initial notification a few days before the campaign and a reminder on the day it begins, always to the email address you used to register.
Can I leave the Club?
Yes. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any of our emails or from your customer account. Your Vytria account will remain active.
