Shipping Policy
All items are carefully packaged inside the Vytria box, together with their official packaging.
All our products are in stock and will be dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours after placing the order. If you make an order after 15:00 PM (CET) on Friday, on Saturday and Sunday, or during national bank holidays, it will be processed on the next business day.
Products are usually delivered within 3 business days to Europe/USA and within 5/7 business days to other countries. You will receive the link and tracking number to follow the shipment at any time. The delivery times indicated are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery area or the operations of the transport agencies.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or outside the EU may experience delays due to any eventual customs holds
We work hard to meet these shipping times, but there are occasions when they may not be met, such as customs clearance, etc…. Whenever the shipment is delayed due to an unforeseen event at Vytria, we apologize and will inform you by email as soon as possible.

For orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or outside the EU, any customs charges or local taxes are not included in the price or shipping costs. These amounts will be borne by the buyer and must be paid upon receipt of the order or during its processing at the destination.
If the package cannot be delivered because the formalities have not been completed or customs payment has been refused, no refund will be possible.
We recommend checking the customs conditions of the destination country before purchasing.

Returns Policy
Didn't like your order? We are very sorry, and we will inform you of all the steps so that you can return it if you wish.
In the event of a return, the shipping costs associated with the return will be borne by the buyer, unless the reason is an error or defect attributable to our store. If a shipment is made outside our logistics platforms or without our direct management, we will not be able to bear the cost or responsibility for it. This amount will be deducted from the amount to be refunded once the return has been received, reviewed and processed.
Remember that you have a period of 14 calendar days after receiving your order to request the return.

HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
It is important to note that to make a return, the item to be returned must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused and have all the tags and original packaging.
If you have a customer account with Vytria you can request the refund from it and if you do or do not have an account, you can do so by following these steps:
- Go to our returns page
- Enter your order number and zip code.
- Download the return label.
- Prepare your package following our instructions: It is imperative that all items you wish to return are packed in their original packaging and branded boxes. IMPORTANT: all returned glasses that do not have the security tag without being tampered with will be refused and no refund will be made. We also recommend you reuse our shipping box to minimize the residual impact. When it is not possible to use Vytria's packaging, you may use any bag or box that guarantees that the returned items arrive in perfect condition, otherwise we will not be able to proceed with the corresponding refund.
- Deliver the return.
- Once the return has arrived at our facilities and our returns department has verified that everything is in perfect condition the refund of your return will be made within a maximum period of 7 days using the same method of payment.

RETURNS FOR RAY-BAN META, OAKLEY META AND EVEN REALITIES
Ray-Ban Meta, Oakley Meta, and Even Realities products stand out for their innovative nature and for offering an experience unlike any other glasses on the market. Their unique features make them exclusive items, something that the brands themselves have sought to reflect through their packaging.
Each Ray-Ban Meta is delivered properly packaged and sealed, to ensure its integrity in transit and avoid any kind of manipulation.
In order to guarantee this exclusivity and given the technological characteristics of the product, once unpacked, the Ray-Ban Meta sunglasses cannot be returned, since their shipment in inadequate or unsealed packaging may damage the article.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the last of those goods.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
