Shipping
Which countries do you ship to?

You can place your order with Vytria Eyewear from anywhere in the world. You can find a list of countries at vytria.com, and for more information, please visit our Shipping Policy.


How much does shipping cost?

Vytria offers free standard shipping on orders over €75 in Spain (Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands), over €100 in European Union countries, and over €150 in other countries worldwide.

Shipments to Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands have a fixed cost of €9.90. Customs fees must be paid separately and usually range between €14.90 and €22.90.

For the other destinations mentioned above, if the minimum order amounts are not reached, the shipping costs will be as follows:

How long does it take for orders to arrive?

All our orders are shipped with the express shipping option so you receive your package within 24/48 hours.

We work hard to meet these shipping times, but there are occasions when they cannot be met, such as in the case of customs processing. If you have any problems receiving your order, please contact us at info@vytria.com. Whenever shipping is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances at Vytria, we apologize and will inform you by email as soon as possible.

*We only ship on business days. During promotional periods such as special discounts, Black Friday, or similar events, orders may experience delivery delays, and we apologize in advance.

Where can I track my order?

You will be kept informed of the status of your order at all times through our emails. You can also track it in your customer account, if you have one. Once shipped, you can track it using the link you will receive by email.

Can I pick up my order at a P.O. Box?

At the moment we do not offer delivery to P.O. Boxes in any country.


Where are the orders shipped from?

All our orders are shipped from our head office located in the city of Ourense (Spain).


Returns
How long do I have to make a return?

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order at your address to request a return. You then have another 14 days to send your return to us.

How do I make a return?

If the products you have received do not meet your expectations, you can return them without any problem by following the steps outlined in our Returns Policy.


Can I use another return method?

At Vytria, we do not accept returns that have not been processed through our platform or that do not include the required return label. If your return does not comply with our return policy, it will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued. Please also note that Vytria is not responsible for any shipping costs or for lost returns that are not sent with our label and collection service.


Are changes allowed?

This option is not currently available. If your order doesn't suit you, you would need to return the items you didn't like and place a new order with the items you want.


Can you track my return?

You can track your return using the same link you used to request it and the one you received once we have confirmed the return. If you haven't received this return confirmation email, please contact us at info@vytria.com


When will I receive my refund?

Once your return arrives at our head office, the corresponding refund may take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on the payment method you used. If you have any problems with your refund, please contact us promptly at info@vytria.com so we can assist you as soon as possible.


Orders
How do I know if my order has been placed correctly?

When you place an order at www.vytria.com, you will receive an automated email confirming your payment and invoice. This email may take a few minutes to arrive. Please also check your spam folder, as it may occasionally be filtered there. If you have not received this confirmation email, please write to us at info@vytria.com and our Customer Service team will assist you as soon as possible.


Can I make any changes to my order?

Once your order has been completed, no changes can be made. However, if you believe there has been an error, you can contact us via email at info@vytria.com and our Customer Service team will assist you as soon as possible.


Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been completed, it cannot be cancelled. If you believe there has been an error, please contact us at info@vytria.com and our Customer Service team will assist you as soon as possible. My order arrived damaged, what can I do? If you have received a damaged item, we are very sorry and ask that you contact us at info@vytria.com so we can offer you a solution as quickly as possible.


Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can place an order as a guest with just an email address. However, we recommend creating a Vytria customer account for a better shopping experience, such as accessing your wishlist whenever you want, placing orders faster, and tracking them directly from your account.


I've forgotten my account password, what do I do?

Don't worry! Just click on the "Forgot your password?" section and you'll receive an email to reset it. This email may take a few minutes to arrive, and we recommend checking all your email folders as it sometimes gets filtered into spam. If you haven't received this email, write to us at info@vytria.com and our Customer Support team will help you as soon as possible.


Can I place an order by phone?

At the moment, you can only place an order on our website: www.vytria.com. We are working to offer this service in the near future. If you have any questions during the purchase process, please contact us at info@vytria.com and our Customer Service team will assist you as soon as possible.


Where can I see my order invoice?

To reduce paper waste, Vytria Eyewear will send your order invoice to the email address you used when placing your order. Additionally, if you have a customer account with us, you can also access your invoice at any time in the "My Orders" section.


Payments
What payment methods are available at vytria.com?

You can pay with: Card, Paypal, Klarna and Apple Pay.


Can I buy now and pay later?

At Vytria Eyewear, we offer two payment methods so you can pay for your order in installments. You can use PayPal or the Klarna platform.


Are these payment methods secure?

All payment methods on vytria.com are 100% secure, as we verify that the person using the payment method is its owner. As a customer, you will be in direct contact with your bank to verify the charge.


How much are the taxes or custom costs?

At Vytria Eyewear it is impossible for us to calculate the exact cost that you will have to pay for taxes and/or customs as this information depends on each country. It will be the customs department of your country the one in charge of indicating this cost and if you have any doubt during the process you can contact our Customer Service department and we will help you as soon as possible.


In which currencies can I make purchases?

The currency will depend on the country you are ordering from, and may be euros, dollars, or pounds. We remind you that vytria.com ships to any corner of the world.


Products and sizes
Do you have a size guide?

Each item has its size guide listed on the product page, indicating how to measure glasses so you can choose the correct size, if there are several sizes available, or to ensure that the model will fit you well. If you haven't chosen the right model of glasses, you can return it without any problem as long as the item meets the conditions indicated in the returns policy.


Do you restock out-of-stock items?

To receive a notification when an item becomes available again, you need to enter your email address on the item's page. Click on the "Notify me when available again" option and then enter your email address. If the item becomes available again, you will receive an automatic email notification. If you have an account with us, you can view the list of products for which you have entered your email address at any time, as well as manage your order and quickly place a new order if the item becomes available again.


Can I reserve a product?

To ensure the best shopping experience for all users, we do not currently offer the option to make reservations. In very specific cases, we do offer the "pre-order" option, but you will have to manage it as if it were a regular order; that is, to receive that product you will have to pay for it at the time of purchase and it will be shipped on the indicated date.
