Can I use another return method?
At Vytria, we do not accept returns that have not been processed through our platform or that do not include the required return label. If your return does not comply with our return policy, it will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued. Please also note that Vytria is not responsible for any shipping costs or for lost returns that are not sent with our label and collection service.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order at your address to request a return. You then have another 14 days to send your return to us.

If the products you have received do not meet your expectations, you can return them without any problem by following the steps outlined in our Returns Policy.
This option is not currently available. If your order doesn't suit you, you would need to return the items you didn't like and place a new order with the items you want.
