SHIPPING INFORMATION
Vytria offers free standard shipping on orders over €75 in Spain, over €100 in European Union countries, and over €150 – $176 – £148 in other countries worldwide*.
*Some countries may be excluded from these rates due to logistical restrictions or specific conditions at the destination.
Shipments to Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands have a fixed cost of €9.90. Customs fees are not included and usually range between €14.90 and €22.90.
Products are usually delivered within 3–5 business days to Europe/USA and within 5–7 business days to other countries. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination or the transport agency.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or outside the EU may experience delays due to any eventual customs holds.
You will receive a tracking link and number to track your shipment at any time.
INFORMATION ABOUT TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES
For orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or outside the European Union, any customs charges or local taxes are not included in the product price or shipping costs. These charges must be paid by the buyer upon delivery or during customs processing.
If the package cannot be delivered because customs procedures have not been completed or payment has been refused, no refund will be possible.
We recommend checking the customs regulations of the destination country before making a purchase.
RETURNS INFORMATION
The deadline for requesting a return is 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer, unless the return is due to an error or defect attributable to our store. If the return is made outside our logistics platforms or without our direct management, we cannot assume responsibility or costs. The return shipping amount will be deducted from the total refund.

RETURNS FOR RAY-BAN META, OAKLEY META AND EVEN REALITIES
In order to guarantee exclusivity and due to the technological characteristics of these products, once unpacked, Ray-Ban Meta, Oakley Meta and Even Realities glasses cannot be returned , as shipping them in unsuitable or unsealed packaging may damage the item.
